Karela Keema Begair Karwahat | Mutton Mince Bitter Gourd but Bitterless



Karela's English name Bitter gourd or Bitter melon tell the whole story about its taste. But if you cook it the right way as per my recipe than you are not going to find any bitterness in it. We have added Mutton Mince in it but if you are pure vegetarian you can skip it. Enjoy.

Preparation time: 10 mins
Cooking time: 15 mins

Ingredients

Bitter Melon | Gourd - 2 kg - Karela
Onion - 1 pc - Payaz
Green chilies - 2 pcs - Sabaz mirch
Tomatoes - 4 pcs - Tamatar
Ginger Garlic paste - 1 tbsp - Adrak Lehsan paste
Water - 1 glass - Pani
Onions at end - 3 pcs - Payaz akhir mai dalnai
Mutton Mince - 1 kg - Keema Bakra
Cooking oil - 125 ml - Tael
Red Flakes - 1 tea spoon - Dadar Mirch
Fenugreek Powder - 1 tbsp - Kasur Methi
Red chili powder - 1 tea spoon - Laal mirch powder
Salt - 1 tbsp - Namak
Turmeric Powder - 1 tea spoon - Haldi
Garnish with Fresh Coriander, Ginger and Green chilies
