Mutabal is a creamy delicious Arabian recipe. Most people take it as an Arabian dip. We eat it without any supporting dish. In desi style, you can use it as Raita. It is really healthy and its effectiveness (Taseer) is hot so you can eat it in winter and give it to you children. It will keep you active in cold. The best thing is that making it is really easy.

Preparation time: 5 mins

Cooking time: 5 mins

Ingredients

Eggplant / Brinja - 4 pcs - Baingan
Yogurt - 6 tbsp - Dahi
Tahnia Sauce - 4 tbsp 
Lemon Juice - 2 tbsp - Limu ka Rass
Olive oil - 3 tbsp - Zaitoon ka tael
Garlic Paste - 1 tbsp - Lehsan paste
Salt - Half tsp - Namak
Black pepper Powder - Half tsp - Kali Mirch Powder
Fresh Coriander - As required - Dhania

Making

First burn Brinjals/Eggplant on stove. Then peel of their skin and separate inner material in a bowl. You can see this process by clicking here.

Then mash inner material with fork or masher to make it smooth. After that add Yogurt and Tahnia sauce and mix it well. Now add all other materials and mix it well. Your Mutabal is ready to serve. Enjoy.

Every one has different choice of flavors. But this recipe Creamy Chicken Mushrooms with Garlic Rice is loved by every one. I have never heard any one complain about it. It is easy to make and does not require a big list of ingredients. So do try it. Enjoy.

Preparation time: 5 mins. Just Marinate over night takes time.
Cooking time: 15 to 20 mins.

Ingredients

Step 1 Garlic Rice

Boiled Rice - 2 glass - Ublai Chawal
Cooking Oil (Butter preffered) - 2 tbsp Oil - Tael lekin Makhan ko tarjeeh
Garlic paste - 2 tsp - Lehsan paste
Salt - 1 tsp - Namak
Black pepper powder - 1 tsp - Kali Mirch powder

Step 2 Marinate Chicken

Boneless Chicken - 500 gram - Murgi begair haddi
Soya Sauce - 2 tbsp
Lemon juice - 1 tbsp - Nimbu ka Ras
Salt - Half tbsp - Namak
Black pepper Powder - 1 tsp - Kali Mirch powder

Step 3 Making Gravy

Cream - 250 grams - Malayi pack
Fresh Milk - 200 ml - Taza dudh
Onion - 1 small piece - Payaz
Mushrooms - 1 Can.
Salt and Black pepper as per your taste.

Making Creamy Chicken Mushrooms with Garlic Rice

Step 1 Making Garlic Rice

Take a cooking pot and add 2tbsp cooking oil if butter is not available. After that add 2 tea spoon garlic paste and fry it until it become light brown. If your garlic sticks together than the reason will be high flame. In this situation add 1 tbsp water to fix it. If yours is fine just move on.

Now add Salt and Black pepper powder in it and mix them. Finally add 2 glass boiled rice and steam cook them just for 5 mins. Our garlic rice are ready.

Step 2 Marinate Chicken

Take 500 gram chicken, 2 tbsp soya sauce, 1 tbsp Lemon juice, Half tbsp salt and 1 tea spoon black pepper powder. Mix all these things together and put over the chicken and rub it well. After that put it in a refrigerator to marinate overnight.

Next day just grill the chicken or if you do not have a griller then you can use fry pan. See the video to know the best way to grill the chicken so it becomes tender and well cooked. In our recipe Chickens own water was used to make it tender.

Step 3 Making Gravy of Creamy Chicken Mushrooms

Take 250 gram cream and 200 ml fresh milk and stir them together. Now take a cooking pot and add 1 medium sized sliced onion in it. After a slight color change of the onion add a can of sliced Mushrooms in it.

Now add the mixed cream and milk in it. After the bubbling of the gravy add salt and black pepper in it for taste only. If you do not like much salt or black pepper powder than you can skip this part. After that we will put it on Dham (Steam cooking) for 5 mins on low flame.

At last we will add grilled chicken in it and mix it. Our recipe is ready now you can serve it with Garlic rice now. Enjoy
