Chicken - 2 whole / 8 pcs each - Murgi
White Flour - 1 cup - Maida
Cooking Oil - 30 ml - Tael
Blend of spices - 1 tbsp - Chaat Masala
Black pepper powder - 1 tea spoon - Kali mirch Powder
White chili powder - Half tea spoon - Safaid mirch powder
Red Chili powder - 1 tea spoon - Laal mirch powder
Salt - 1 tbsp - Namak
Ginger garlic paste - 1 tea spoon - Adrak Lahsan paste
Eggs - 4 pcs - Andai
Making
First take out chicken in a bowl and we recommend 8 pcs of a single chicken. Put cuts on each piece of chicken so spices can marinate in it well.
Add cooking oil over it and 4 eggs. If you are using 1 chicken then add only 2 eggs. After that add Ginger garlic paste and all the spices mentioned above. After that mix them well with your hand so no part of the chicken remains without spice.
When you have mixed itwell then at last add White flour (All purpose flour) in it and mix again. Now we will keep it in referigerator to marinate for at least 2 hours. The more you keep it to marinate is better.
Now we will fry it. We will not add anything else on chicken like bread crumbs etc. Just preheat oil and add chicken in oil. Keep flame on medium. After 2 to 3 minutes change side of the chicken and cover lid of the frying pot.
Reason we are covering it is this that because of size of chicken it takes time to cook. By covering it, meat cook faster and chicken will become more tender and juicy. After 3 to 4 minutes we will change side of piece again and after that we will dish out our chicken roast.
Our Quick Chicken Roast is ready. Enjoy
