Lasagna or Lasagne is an italian recipe but there is also a debate that its origin is ancient Greece and is first known form of Pasta. It is made with different ingredients but it actually is famous for its composition of layers. Every bite is Cheesy and creamy with delicious meat filling in the middle. Do try this tasty recipe. Lasagna Filling Ingredients

Lasagna Sheets - 400 grams
Chicken - 1 kg bone less - Murgi
Salt - 1 tbsp - Namak
Black pepper powder - Half tea spoon - Kali mirch
White chili powder - 1 pinch - Safaid mirch
Oregano - 1 teaspoon
Red chili powder - Half tea spoon - Laal mirch powder
Tomato ketchup - 5 tbsp - Tamatar ketchup
Tomato puree - 3 tomatoes - Tamatar paste
Cooking oil - 60 ml - Tael
Capsicum - 5 pcs - Shimla mirch
Garlic paste - 1 tbsp - Lehsan paste
Onion - 1 med piece - Payaz
Cheddar cheese - 1 cup
Mozzarella cheese - 1 cup

White Sauce Ingredients

Milk - 500 ml - Dudh
Butter - 50 gram - Makhan
Salt - 1 tea spoon - Namak
Black pepper powder - 1 tea spoon - Kali mirch
White flour - 2 tbsp - Maida
Cheese - Half cup
