Creamy Palak Gosht | Spinach Mutton Recipe by Mayelas Kitchen

Creamy Palak Gosht is a green healthy recipe and thanks to its main ingredient Spinach. It is rich in various vitamins, iron, manganese and proteins. It benefits eye health, reduce oxidative stress and reduce blood pressure levels among other health functions. It is not just healthy but really tasty at the same time. Its texture is soft and smooth and even those who do not like spinach, have loved this recipe. So just try it once and you will make it regularly for sure. Enjoy

Cooking time: 40 mins.


Spinach - 3 kg - Palak
Mutton - 1 kg - Bakrai ka gosht
Onion - 1 piece - Payaz
Tomatoes - 4 pcs - Tamatar
Ginger garlic paste - 1 tbsp - Lehsan Adrak Paste
Green chilies and Ginger for Garnish - Sabaz mirch aur adrak
Cooking oil - 200 ml - Tael
Salt - 1 tbsp - Namak
Red chili powder - 1 tea spoon - Laal mirch powder
Turmeric powder - 1 tea spoon - Haldi
Red chili flakes - Half tea spoon - Dadar mirch
Fenugreek powder - 1 tea spoon - Kasuri Methi
Water - Half Glass - Pani

For Cream
Milk - 130 ml - Doodh
Yogurt - 2 tbsp - Dahi
Cream - 200 ml - Cream Pack
