Salt - 1 and half tbsp - Namak
Red chili flakes - 1 tea spoon - Dadar Mirch
Ghee - 200 ml
Water - 1 glass only - Pani

Making

Take a pressure cooker to cook this recipe faster otherwise normal cooking pot will take some time. Add 1 glass water in pressure cooker, Beef Meat, Ginger garlic paste and all dry spices. Mix them and then steam - pressure cook it for 6 to 7 minutes. After that check if your meat is well cooked otherwise pressure cook it again for some minutes.

Meat will disperse its water so cook , saute meat in that water and dry it. During this process add Ghee or Cooking oil in it. When beef meat is well Saute , water is dry and oil has come on sides then we will add Sliced Cauliflower and mix it. Now steam / pressure cook again for 2 to 3 minutes without adding anything else.

If Cauliflower has left its water then dry it and then garnish it with fresh coriander.

Now server and enjoy your Gobi Gosht.
