Boneless beef - 1 kg - Bail ka gosht
Tomato - 3 pcs - Tamatar
Onions - 3 med pcs - Payaz
Ginger Garlic paste - 2 tbsp - Lehsan Adrak paste
Cooking oil - 125 ml - Tael
Red chili powder - 1 tea spoon - Laal mirch
Red chili flakes - Half tea spoon - Dadar Mirch
Salt - 1 tea spoon - Namak
Turmeric powder - Half tea spoon - Haldi
Oregano - 1 Pinch | Chutki
Blend of (Chaat) spices - 1 tea spoon - Chaat Masala
Fenugreek Leaves of Kasur - 1 tbsp - Kasuri methi
Black pepper powder - 1 tea spoon - Kali mirch
Dry coriander powder - 2 tbsp - Khush dhania powder
Blend of (Garam) spices - 1 tea spoon - Garam Masala
Green Chili and Ginger - For Garnish - Hari mirch aur Adrak
