Egg Fried Rice are found in almost every country. They are delicious and full of vegetables which also makes them healthy. When word fry is used in a recipe then first thing that will come in your mind is that this recipe will be heavy but actually Egg fried rice are really lite on stomach. We eat them with Chicken Almond, Manchurian, Creamy mushroom and various other recipes. Do try them as they are really easy to make. Enjoy.

Rice - 3 glass - Chaawal
Cabbage - 1 piece chopped - Band gobi
Capsicum - Bell peppers - Shimla Mirch
Green - 3 pcs - Yellow - 1 piece - Red - 1 piece
Chinese Carrots - 3 pieces - China ki Gajar
Sweet Corn - 1 can / 400 grams - Makayi ka dana
Spring Onions - 6 pieces chopped - Hara Payaz
Eggs - 7 Pieces - Andai
Yellow Color - 1 tsp - Zarda rang
Black pepper - 1 pinch + 1 tbsp - Kali mirch
Salt - 1 pinch + 1 tbsp - Namak
Garlic paste - 1 tsp - Leshan paste
Soya Sauce - 2 tbsp
Chilli sauce - 3 tbsp
Vinegar - 2 tbsp - Sirka
