Next day, take water out of the bowl and put all the lentils in a large cooking pot. Add 5 liter water and 1 and half tbsp salt in cooking pot and Mix it. Now put it on medium flame to cook.

When water starts boiling then a foam will come on water, remove it with spoon otherwise taste of your lentils will become bad. Keep stirring the spoon in cooking pot in intervals.

When water gets dry and lentils get cooked take a Gotwa - Desi Hand Masher and mash your lentils until all are completely mashed.

It will take 5 to 10 minutes for the meat to Sauté well. When beef is well Sauté and oil comes to side on sides of the pressure cooker then take half cooking oil out of the pressure cooker.

Now add 3 liter water in pressure cooker and give it pressure for about 40 to 60 minutes. When you open the cooker then check if your beef is tender and if it is not then give it pressure again.
